  2. Did you fall behind on your payments within one year after taking out your mortgage?

  3. Is your monthly mortgage payment higher than you were told it would be?

  4. If you took out your mortgage to buy your home, was the condition or cost of your home different from what you were told before you bought the property?

  5. Have you agreed to work with anyone who promised to save your home from foreclosure?
