CNYCN Network Partners are non-profit, neighborhood-based organizations that provide direct, free services to homeowners, specializing in legal services, housing counseling, education and outreach efforts. CNYCN's 38 Partners are located throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, the Bronx and Manhattan. CNYCN Network housing counselors help borrowers with personal budgeting, mortgage document review and provide assistance in submitting loan modification requests to lenders. Our legal service organizations provide legal advice by trained foreclosure prevention attorneys who assist homeowners in negotiating with their lenders or with mandatory court appearances.
